Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What kind of process will my precious metals go through?

A: Your scrap goes through a multiple-step process: 1) After receiving the scrap, it is sorted, weighed and documented, all under tight security measures; 2) The organics are burned away, followed by crushing, screening and blending of the pulps; 3) Metallics are then melted; 4) Finally, a multi-step assay is performed on the precious metal content.

Q: How do I know that you'll make the highest payout possible for my precious metals?

A: It depends on chemistry and impurities. Using modern industry technology, your scrap is put through a multi-step assay process. This ensures that every ounce of precious metal contained within your scrap can be recaptured quickly and economically. That means you receive the highest payout possible.
